Thanks to Daneen we just bought our first house! Daneen has got to be one of the most caring people that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She answers your calls and texts literally anytime ...a midnight on a random business day, while on vacation on some tropical island, 7am on a weekend -- I am not sure how she manages to do that, but she is absolutely incredible. It really gives you peace of mind to know that someone is constantly looking out for you and ready to help through a process of making such a big decision.When we first started thinking about buying a house, I went on Zillow and found a random house that I liked and decided to select the option "have agent contact you for a showing". I am not kidding, within about 30 seconds I received a call from an unknown number asking when we would like to see the house -- and that's how we met!! My mind was slightly blown at the time. Not to mention, we are both in our late 20's, so when we showed up at the house I half expected to never be spoken to again just for wasting time...Anyways, that was June 2016. We mentioned to Daneen that we were looking to buy in Spring 2017, but she showed us a few more houses in July anyways so that we could get a feel for the area and know exactly what we are looking for. We initially decided to build after not finding a house that truly fit our needs. Daneen helped us through the whole process and even arranged for us to meet with the builders, but unfortunately that didn't work out.We completely by chance happened to find our unicorn house and that was it. From then on, Daneen made everything run as smoothly as possible. When she says everything will work out, it will. Sometimes I am not sure how she makes it happen, but she certainly understands the business and how everything works. Also, her recommendations are truly amazing. From Chris Drew for inspection, to Christina at the Blue Ribbon mortgage company, everyone was equally professional, straightforward, and wonderful to work with. Without Daneen we certainly wouldn't be where we are -- happy and owning a house that is really us. Thanks so much Daneen!
