Daneen has been fantastic to work with. My fiancA(C)e and I just purchased a beautiful home with her assistance! We met Daneen at the beginning of our journey seeking a home in Rapid City. Daneen took the time to find out what exactly we were looking for. She then proceeded to work tirelessly and with a vigor greater than I have ever seen, to make sure that when all was said and done, we would be happy. Given the size of the community, and her chipper, friendly nature, Daneen knows everybody! This really helped us, because she could provide background and history of the community that far exceeded that of any other agent that is looking just looking at an MLS listing. Ultimately, when Daneen speaks, people listen! She is honest, fair, and straight forward. She calls it like it isaEUR"Daneens seen it all in the Real Estate industry, and people know and respect that about her. When it came to getting our finances in order, Daneen also knew which banks and brokers would make our lives the easiest. She gave us a few names, and let the magic happen. Same for the inspection, the inspector she recommended gave us a thorough, detailed report, and then Daneen took that and helped us get price quotes to help us take care of the issues; while simultaneously negotiating with the seller regarding a fair agreement to get the issues fixed where our price would reflect the costs of the repair. Cant recommend Daneen highly enough. If you are looking to buy, or sell, Daneen knows and has seen it all. She knows how to negotiate and step up to the plate and bat for you when necessary to make good deals happen.
