I met Valeria at an open house in May 2016, when I first moved to Corpus Christi. I signed my name on the list and heard back from her the next day. Since then, I have visited numerous open houses and signed my name on many lists, and none of the other agents bothered to contact me back. I knew right away that Valeria would make me feel special. Indeed, she has always made an effort to make me feel important. I have had at least two thousand questions for her, and she has always been patient, and very prompt with her replies. I was completely new and lost in the whole house-buying experience, and Valeria has held my hand throughout the whole thing. Moreover, she treated me like I'm someone who can afford a million dollar house. She was always eager to help, with even the most basic things. One of the best things about Valeria is that she never pressured me. We looked at many houses together, and none of them felt right. Not once did Valeria try to convince me to buy. She always said, "Don't worry. The right house is out there for you." Then one day, BAM! It happened! The day the listing came out, Valeria showed me the house within two hours, I made the offer, and we got the house. Valeria walked me through every aspect--negotiations, inspections, getting bids, insurance, everything! I strongly recommend Valeria if you want a realtor who will fight for you, who will support you every step of the way, who will be there for you 24/7, and who will become a good friend. In addition to all this, she is a kind-hearted person--the most important trait of all.
