My experience with Gail and David couldn't have been greater. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, expert teamwork and just great people!After scheduling multiple interviews with other realtors to list my home for sale, I literally signed with them at the end of our initial meeting because I could clearly see they were the Real Deal. They have so much experience with the local markets, and knew the perfect balance between pricing correctly and how quickly it would sell, (based on what I needed.)The very next day David was out taking photos and posting signs, and had everything listed on MLS immediately. We had a contract so quickly I couldn't believe it, although Gail knew it would happen as she "predicted". They went above and beyond assisting in everything else that led to closing...repairs, inspections, my piece of mind, etc. Great communicators, always keeping me posted of any updates and information. Gail has impecible style and a wonderful personality and David will work harder and find solutions like no one else. I simply couldn't have done this without them.
