Gail is very easy to work with. She and her team really make this work. She originally helped me buy a house. Later, she helped me find a new home and sell the first house. In both cases, she was very knowledgeable on the subjects you will find you need. Like any good realtor, she knows the local area and provides that critical background that you only get from an experienced local resident. But it goes beyond that. She is WAY above the curve in dealing with financing and legal matters that will impact you in buying or selling of a house. If you happen to be in a situation where you wonder if you'll be able to actually buy a house, talk to Gail. She'll give you the straight answer, but will also surprize you with creative ways to buy a house that other realtors either don't know how to do, or find to be too much effort and push you off to someone else. Not Gail. Then there's her team, which include a few close family members. This is what made the difference in me deciding to list my house for sale with them. There are those agents that list your house, and that's really all they do. They'll give you this song and dance about how they pay outrageous advertising fees and promote your house (and I'm sure some of that is true). But then in reality, they wait for some other realtor to come along and sell your house. I don't know about you, but its that OTHER realtor that's the one I'm looking for when I sell my house. However, Gail really SELLS your house. She is the one who gets the job done, and does not wait for someone else to do it for her. She and her team were personally responsible for 90% of the showings of my house. She got me the full listing price for my within 60 days to one of her clients. She also helped me negotiate price reductions on both of the homes that I purchased. I'd recommend her if you desire to sell or buy a house anywhere in Greenville SC and the surrounding areas.
