Donna helped us find a vacation home on cape cod. She was great to work with. She listened to our needs and did not show us anything that did not meet our criteria. Given it was a 90 minute drive each time we came to look at houses, this was very important to us. She successfully negotiated the fact that my wife and I have different tastes and had somewhat different hopes about the type and location of this house. In the end we were both happy with what we bought. She was very patient as we needed to learn about the various towns as part of the buying process. She was very open about us looking at a number of towns, including towns where she would not be the broker. She always put our needs in front of her own.A year later we are very happy with our purchase. Interestingly, HGTV took an interest in our house and we all ended up on Househunters last year. And, HGTV is coming back this month to shoot another episode, post construction, for their "where are they now" show.Probably most importantly, as part of this process, Donna has become a close friend. We socialize when we are on the cape and continue to rely on her for advice about living in the area.I would highly recommend Donna to anyone looking in the Falmouth area.
