Darlene and her team of educated, responsive, caring individuals helped us sell our home as quickly and efficiently as possible. Before listing, we had tried to address every thing about our home that needed to be repaired, replaced, or simply updated. However, during formal inspections, the inspectors found two big problems (radon gas and a broken septic line). Darlene referred us to competent companies who solved the problems as effortlessly as possible. Darlene knows the Santa Fe market. This knowledge enabled her to price our house well and ,when offers came in, conduct expert negotiations on our behalf. Once we were under contract with the Buyers, Darlene sent us to a great title company, Santa Fe Title. Our particular situation demanded that the title company guide us through a rather complicated process, which they did as painlessly as possible.I cant say enough about the Darlene Streit team. No matter what I needed, was worried about, or when I just needed good old fashion assurance that things would be okay, Darlene and her team were there to help. Not only did they do everything I hoped they would, they did more than should have been in their purview. As we were loading to move out of state, that very day a leak under the kitchen sink was discovered. One call to her office and it was taken care.Thank you Darlene and Team. After working with you, I now know why people in Santa Fe consider you the best.
