You will not find more honest, experienced and professional real estate agents than Joshua Maes and Malissa Kullberg with Santa Fe Real Estate Consultants, Sotheby's International Realty. I had the misfortune of having to sell a home and several properties following the passing of a family member. I am not versed in the details of the process, but have bought and sold a few houses over the years. Joshua and Malissa greeted us with an overwhelming sense of honesty from the first meeting. As a team, they were full of great advice on how to proceed making every step so thoughtful and strategic. Throughout the process, we were able to build a strong relationship that felt comfortable. They are very attentive and incredibly respectful while gaining a thorough understanding of your perspective. I felt comfortable reaching out whenever I had the smallest concern knowing Joshua and Malissa were always available. I know they have many other clients, but you feel like you are the only one. Their knowledge of the market, great process planning and strategic thinking proved invaluable. You will not find better real estate professionals that are incredibly kind and courteous.

If I only had two words to describe my experience with Malissa and Joshua they would be "Never Better!!!!" Malissa and Joshua are extremely seasoned agents, professional and friendly, with expertise in all areas of real estate. I just moved to Santa Fe from Los Angeles and they have made my relocation experience easier than I would have ever imagined. They spent many hours with me showing me various areas & homes, but always keeping my price range in mind. When I did find a house that I liked, their expertise in negotiating was amazing. They knew exactly what to look for in the house as far as problems go and were there every step of the way to see that things were completed in a correct and timely fashion. We found Joshua and Melissa through one of our neighbors who used them to sell their house. They analyzed the market for us; gave us suggestions on how to prepare the house; helped stage the inside of house; and also gave us helps on re-arranging the yard and the outside of the house. The house looked great once it came onto the market with beautiful photos. During the sale process, they gave us suggestions to make all the right decisions, and they made many trips to the house just to check on how the process was going. Even the night before the closing they drove to the house to make sure every issue had been taking care of. We really appreciated their good knowledge; their communications; and their willingness to go above and beyond what you would expect. We recommended Joshua and Melissa without reservation!

As first time buyers in Santa Fe, we needed a lot of help! On our first "shopping trip" with Joshua, he gave us a comprehensive tour of homes and neighborhoods in our price range, and educated us on the pros and cons of each home and neighborhood. After learning more about us and our preferences from our first tour together, Joshua took us on another tour of homes a few days later. We were extremely impressed at how he honed in on our wants and needs from just one meeting, and selected homes on our second tour that were all intriguing to us. While he presented us with a number of homes that met our needs, one felt like the "perfect fit" for both of us. Joshua skillfully advised us on how to structure an offer on that home, and although another party made an offer on the home the same day, thanks to Joshua's expert advise, ours was accepted. Joshua and Malissa together masterfully advised us through the inspection process and provided excellent guidance throughout the negotiation. They were responsive to our questions day, night and weekends and exhibited integrity and genuine concern for our best interest throughout the transaction. We were extremely impressed with them both.
