Lisa is a professional. On the home we sold she helped establish price; recommended maintenance to be completed before listing (and resources to get it done); stayed in communication as offers came in; and made suggestions on how to proceed. Very successful sale at higher than expected price. It took a while (!) but we did finally find and buy a home 7 months later. We were wanting a horse property with specific features at a comfortable price. Lisa was there to help compare the value of the property and get us through the process. A few issues came up where I especially appreciated Lisa's knowledge. The first was on the importance of well water testing (which saved us from bearing the entire cost of a filtration system). The second was in responding to contract negotiations when the terms being suggested by the seller were not appropriate/legal.On both sale and purchase Lisa's knowledge paid off for us.
