Working with Chris to find the perfect condo for me was an absolute pleasure. I have spoken to several different realtors throughout my time in Santa Barbara. I can honestly say the knowledge Chris possesses of Santa Barbara is second to none. He was able to give me so much insight into the different school districts and neighborhoods, it made my condo purchasing process incredibly smooth. I would not have been able to do it without Chris.
