We used Juliette Ferguson and her Team of experts to sell our vacation home in Seaside, CA. Juliette Ferguson and Cynthia Herrera were outstanding!! Superb!! She sold our home in a timely manner during the mid-stages of COVID (when every business and the City was closing due to COVID). She addressed all issues during the selling in a timely manner; most importantly she kept us informed and guided us through the process. We were living out of state and it was extremely important to have someone trustworthy that would tell us the truth; communicate well and often; and address issues in a timely manner. Her Real Estate knowledge was comprehensive including contract negotiating. She was also familiar with the local markets housing, and extremely knowledgeable of city policies and ordinances which is essential when selling or buying in California. I interviewed several Realtors in the area; none of them gave me that feeling of easiness that I felt after speaking with Juliette. I knew immediately we were in good hands. We closed within two months.We highly recommend Juliette and her Team to anyone in the market to sell or purchase a home. Jette, we're so grateful for all you did to get our property sold so efficiently and painlessly. You're a whirlwind of energy and I am in awe of how kindly and calmly you and Cynthia handled us, particularly when I was being grumpy. I'm sad to be leaving Monterey and had hoped to delay the house sale for another year, and I think there were times when my reluctance showed. And then you went and sold our house in 8 days!However, all's well that ends well. I look forward to new adventures and will remember this whole house selling process as having been pretty close to perfect, because of all your hard work for us.
