Crysta is an excellent realtor in all respects. I have worked with countless realtors buying and selling personal and investment properties. No one knows the local market (especially Santa Barbara) like Chrysta. I have never worked with a better realtor! She is optimistic but also realistic about prices and prospects and does not mislead anyone. She pays attention to paper-work detail, and is a skilled negotiator who knows how and when to close a sale or purchase smoothly. She is a charming person and so easy to work with. She will communicate with you via text and email, but doesn't forget the most important type of communication - verbal communication. She stays up to date in the most current forms of social networking from LinkedIn to Zillow. I highly recommend using Crysta for your realty needs!
