Crysta is an excellent realtor in all respects. I have worked with countless realtors buying and selling personal and investment properties. No one knows the local market (especially Santa Barbara) like Chrysta. I have never worked with a better realtor! She is optimistic but also realistic about prices and prospects and does not mislead anyone. She pays attention to paper-work detail, and is a skilled negotiator who knows how and when to close a sale or purchase smoothly. She is a charming person and so easy to work with. She will communicate with you via text and email, but doesn't forget the most important type of communication - verbal communication. She stays up to date in the most current forms of social networking from LinkedIn to Zillow. I highly recommend using Crysta for your realty needs!

Cyrsta was a delight to work with on my house purchase in Santa Barbara. She quickly understood what i was looking for and concentrated on those properties. She updated me weekly on new listings - which was great! We looked on three occasions and finally fournd the perfect property. Once we did find a property, there was some urgency, and she was quick, responsive and on-the-ball. Her atttention to detail is fantastic - she doesn't miss anything. She has gone above and beyond with the transition process and even volunteered to be there when the new alarm system was fitted, since I could not be there at that time! And on top of her professionalism, she is fun to work with! I highly recommend Crysta Metzger if you are looking for a fabulous Real Estate agent in the Santa Barbara / Montecito area.
