Based on what we had heard from others, we braced ourselves for a lengthy home buying process and were already committed to spending our Sunday afternoons at open houses for the next few months. Everyone else went through it so why would it be any different for us? Surprisingly though, it was different for us, and we are certain that Eric was the difference maker. Eric's knowledge of the real estate market/inventory quickly helped us locate what would be our new home. We didn't have to compromise on the location or our budget, which were the two most important things to us. Not only did we find a home in our ideal neighborhood, but we weren't going to be stretching ourselves too thin every month. Furthermore, Eric's savvy negotiation skills helped us come out on top of a multiple counter offer situation where the likelihood of being outbid was high. Then, once we were in escrow, Eric was always available to help navigate us to the closing. He even offered some great renovation tips along the way!Everyone says that buying a home can be a stressful time. We're not going to say that it wasn't stressful, but Eric made the experience more pleasant. We highly recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy a home.
