Brent was an incredible realtor to work with. I cannot find the words to express our appreciation for him as he helped us purchase our first home. Brent from the start, took a lot of his time to help us find what we were looking for. He was extremely patient and helped us find a home that fit our likings and needs. We even put in an offer on a house but later decided to change our minds and go in on a different house. During this process, Brent was very patient, and helpful. He helped us negotiate a great offer on the house which the seller accepted. He hooked us up with a lender and an inspector who both did a really great job in the process and they were both local. Brent definitely went above and beyond for us since the beginning which included showing us homes over Facetime, constantly staying in contact with us, and educating us on the entire home-buying process. He always responded to us in a very timely manner and worked with our busy work schedule. He even helped resolve some fees that came up during the process. He is very confident and knowledgeable of the area and has lived there long enough to give you excellent recommendations. Brent was also able to provide me with some work contacts I needed and continued to impress us with how professional he was. We highly recommend using Brent as a realtor as he was a perfect fit for us and what we needed, especially being new to the area and buying a home for the first time.
