I would like to start off by saying, if you are in the market for a Realtor in Central Florida - George Philbeck is your guy, no doubt about it. I worked with him on both a purchase and a sale, so feel that I can speak from both sides.I contacted multiple highly-reviewed Realtors for assistance with a complex situation (selling and buying simultaneously). George called me within maybe 10 minutes of my initial email - by far the fastest response I received. I interviewed several Realtors, who were all pleasant and qualified for the job, and then I met George. From our conversation on the phone, to our first in person meeting, I felt 100% confident in his ability to handle this process. Over the next couple of months, George and his co-worker Brad worked tirelessly to calm me down during stressful periods, answer my many, many questions, and make sure everything was in line for us to buy and sell simultaneously. The photographer they work with was phenomenal and her pictures made me question whether to even sell, my home looked so beautiful! George and Brad waited until I found a home to purchase, listed mine the same day and within a week we had had 40 viewings and 3 full price offers. Our house was under contract within 10 days of listing.Throughout the process George and Brad were kind, patient, supportive and utterly reassuring. They were able to recommend movers and technicians when needed, all of whom were wonderful. Their response time to emails and phone calls was highly commendable, especially since I work long hours so was often in touch with them outside of "normal business hours". Any hiccups were dealt with swiftly and without much involvement from me at all, which was wonderful. I will be highly recommending George and Brad to anyone who is looking for a Realtor in Central Florida, and wish them the best of success in their future sales.
