Steve and Sherri were both great to work with, and I would highly recommend them. Steve always seemed to have our best interests at heart rather than just trying to get us to make a purchase. He was very knowledgeable about construction/maintenance/home improvements, the Front Range housing market, and the entire process of purchasing a home. He didn't hesitate to share any concerns he had about properties, which was invaluable as first time home buyers. He also never hesitated to get dirty, going head first into countless crawl spaces to check foundations for us. Steve and Sherri were both very thoughtful and responsive. Steve even helped us get moved into our new house. It was a great experience working with Steve and Sherri and I would absolutely use them again to sell or purchase another home.

I found Steve through my mortgage broke Brad w/Excel Mortgage Brokers. I cannot say enough words to describe my experience with Steve other than it was OUTSTANDING!!! I had a budget of $300k, and in this housing market, this can prove to be a very difficult buying experience. However, Steve was very responsive to my needs and requests when a new home came on the market. Being a first time home buyer, I had no clue what I was doing. Steve helped me with making the best decision on every issue and provided excellent guidance through the whole process. Thanks to Steve, my home shopping experience was short and sweet (anyone who's been buying a home in Colorado can appreciate this)! If you're looking for a realtor, Steve is as good as they come! I hope he's still around when/if I ever buy another home.
