Sonia met with us at a property in the Sant Cruz Mountains and from the moment my wife and I met her I knew we were in good hands . Sonia took the time to get to know us and find out what our needs were. She is very detail oriented and worked that into her search for the perfect home for us. At the same time I was also looking and found several homes that I thought would fit our needs. To my surprise Sonia had beat me to it and had already researched them. Sonia was very honest with me and told me on several houses that in the long run it would not fit our needs. It was this kind of honesty that won me over. she could have sold us a home and been on her way but thats not how she works. Sonia treated us like we were family and wanted us to be happy. Sonia dropped what she was doing many times to show us homes and canceled her own plans to put us first. Sonia has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective broker.
