This home was not our first purchase, but Scott Rosenthal made it our best purchase.It is easy to see why Scott is the top agent in Fairbanks. Knowing in advance that you have the best agent makes all the difference. Simply stated if you are buying or selling a home this is the agent you want on your side.My wife and I have a small home that we love. As our family got bigger our little home did not. We love our neighborhood and did not want to give up our location. When a home down the street came up for sale we knew we had to move fast and we needed someone that could make things happen quickly. Scott knew everyone that was needed to make things happen, on a first name basis. He was able to get everyone moving quickly, from inspectors to appraisers, to contractors. Communication on every aspect of the deal was handled faster than we expected. It is not uncommon to run into some barriers when trying to put a deal together. Scott gave us options to handle each barrier and took the hassle and workload off of our shoulders so we could focus on our lives as we went through the process. The value of a professional agent is in the things that they know and do for you as a client. Scott covered details that we had not thought of. He solved problems that created uncertainty for us.
