Like so many, I was scrolling through houses on Zillow. I found one in Sperryville I liked, but I needed a realtor. So I Googled: realtor Rappahannock County. And I found Aron. He met me and my brother that afternoon. He was so gracious with his time, incredibly knowledgeable about the area and every aspect of a home (what you see and what you dont), and just unbelievably kind. In the end, I didnt get that house, but I did get a home (not in Sperryville) that, to my surprise, is pretty perfect. Just so you know, I read through Arons reviews before contacting him thinking, this guy cant be that great. Truth is...he is. Its ridiculous. He met every moment of my worry with quiet calm and reassurance. He gently nudged me to make decisions when it was time, but he kept me in the drivers seat. Hes just a great guide throughout the entire process--and it can be a roller-coaster! Hes also just a great person. And we need good people in this world and in our lives. I could not recommend him more highly and wish you the best in your search for a home!

Aron was extremely helpful and proactive on many fronts throughout the buying process. Though we are experienced home buyers, we were looking for a second home somewhere in a large, rural area that we arent very familiar with, and Arons personal knowledge of Rappahannock county & surrounding areas was instrumental in helping us choose the right property and location. His professionalism and thoroughness led to our successful, timely closing on the property after a somewhat lengthy and complicated negotiation period due to the sellers circumstances. As a bonus, hes actively involved in home construction and can offer a lot of information on the condition of a structure, its systems, and pros/cons to consider. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the Rappahannock County area.
