Dawn is what every GREAT Real Estate agent should strive to be like. The very first time speaking to Dawn her confidence and professionalism made us feel that YES, she is the one to list our home! Dawn captured the full essence of our property in her listing description, appealing to the buyers that were looking for what our home and property had to offer. Dawn took our listing after it sat on the market in the summer with another company for SIX months. Dawn was able to get our property UNDER CONTRACT with a FULL price offer, in the winter, in HALF that time! We always had GREAT communication with Dawn, she welcomed any ideas, or suggestions that we had. Dawn ALWAYS made sure she got feedback from EVERY showing. When you make a big decision such as buying or selling a home you want the BEST and Dawn Berard IS THE BEST! Before we found Dawn we were at a low point and feeling like a 3rd party with everything about our home being listed with another company. Dawn gave us that home selling experience we were hoping for!(Before Dawn)When we decided to put our home on the market we spent a month reading reviews, looking at Agents present listings, and past sales. Little did we know that most of the big companies have all of their listings and past sales credited to one individual, the broker in charge or the team leader.After making contact with who we thought would be our agent we were told, "we are sending a listing specialist to meet with you". When that day came the listing specialist went over, "why they are the best" told us we would be dealing and talking with the "marketing specialist" anytime we had a question. To many hands in the pot! When the contract came via email, we discovered the "listing specialist" was actually going to be our agent and not the individual we actually made contact with on day one. Out of confusion we made contact with the individual we initially contacted. We were told, "she and her husband decided to have a family so they put this team together so she could stay home"! What? I didn't read anything about that on any bio! We knew nothing about the "listing specialist" as far as past sales, reviews or anything!Our home sat on the market in the summer for SIX months! When it came time to "renew" our contract we got a call from the "CEO; Director of Marketing & Business Development" to schedule a meeting. We had already made our mind up with all of the disappointments we were not going to renew our contract! That decision was confirmed in our mind when the "CEO; Director of Marketing & Business Development" said, well maybe people want to be in a neighborhood where their are children. Wait, what? It was VERY clear he knew NOTHING about that statement because there are children in the neighborhood! He wanted to talk about numbers and statistics? We just wanted to sell our home and could careless about a number and statistic class! In the end, we NEVER met the individual that we made contact with on day one!If you want to sell or purchase a home call Dawn Berard! Dawns listings are HER listings, her sales are HER sales! Dawn allows Agents in her office to get credit for their own sales! Her Bio is 100% right on the money! Dawn doesn't need to brag or boast about herself or her company, her RESULTS speak loud and clear!
