Phil and Julie are simply amazing. Phil and Julie helped us salvage our dreams in Tennessee, from a sale with another agent, that went horribly wrong in Indiana. We arrived in East Tennessee and we needed a Real Estate Professional. I reached out to a few, who never responded, and seemed to not be interested in helping us. We noticed Phil and Julie on Zillow and how they had a bunch of recent sales. We decided to reach out to them and it was magic, from the start. They responded first of all. They got us in touch with a great lender. They showed us homes, they were patient while we found exactly what we wanted. They have been there for us 100% of the entire process.
