Work with Jon. I repeat: work with Jon. I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Jon. He always responds quickly, usually within minutes. This is HUGE. He also really knows his stuff and wants you to feel informed too. Whenever my husband or I asked for advice he actually gave us an answer instead of just dancing around the question, and gave his reasoning so that we could make an informed decision. This was our first home buying experience, so we had a TON of questions and he answered ALL of them...even at 9pm on a Saturday night. A lot of those questions were stupid questions, and he never once made me feel stupid for asking them. Seriously, call him immediately. If you know what you're doing and don't need as much constant contact or hand holding, Jon works on Nick Slocum's team and Nick is great as well. We worked with Nick until he went on vacation. It just so happened that we found our house while he was gone and Jon was covering.
