Stan is remarkable. While casually browsing homes on Zillow, we were curious about a home in Delaware, and we were linked with him when we booked an appointment. That home turned out not to be a good fit, but less than two months later, we moved into a home that we adore. We consider ourselves so truly fortunate to have Stan drawn as the agent for that initial appointment. Stan is the consummate professional. At the time that we purchased our home, the market was very favorable to sellers. The supply was short, and the demand was high. The home that we eventually purchased had sale conditions that were a bit unique. Stan was there for us during every step during this difficult process. Hi! I want to start by thanking Naomi Ricketts for all the hard work, patience, and dedication she put into helping me find a home for my three children and I. This was one of the biggest accomplishments that I was preparing myself for and I was so nervous initially but her peaceful spirit and soothing words gave me such great comfort knowing that with her expertise I was in good hands, the houses we looked at she kept within my price range, she kept in mind good school districts for my young children and a safe community. She made sure I always had listings in my email or I would send her a house that I like and she was prompt in getting back with me and schedule appointments. This house we found my kids and I loved it!!! but it didnt come with central air or washer and dryer hook but overall we fell in love with it, lets talk about her negotiation and perseverance skills!!! lets just say when I finally moved into my home it was equipped with central air, washer and dryer hookup and I saved thousands of dollars at the negotiation table I was supposed to be broke and my account on empty waiting for my next paycheck upon moving into my home but thanks to Naomi Ricketts I was able to move in and furnish my home with all new furniture, appliances and still have something left over for a rainy day. She is a fierce and dedicated realtor and you wont be disappointed.
