My husband and I have been looking for house for quite some time now. With the housing market and the economy struggling to not go down entirely down the toilet, it didnt seem like the wisest time to buy. Jordan was honest with us about where we stood in this interesting time in history. We made a game plan with his help, and we watched for houses like hawks while we waited and worked to reach some goals. Jordan was always patient with us, answering all our scared little first time home buyer questions. Anytime we wanted to look or put in an offer, he was there for us with honest advice and opinions. He did not lead us astray or give up on us when we felt hopeless. We just closed on our first house ever and we are so ecstatic! We worked out quite a deal with Jordans help. He went to battle for us to make sure everything went through in a timely manner. It all worked out and we are finally homeowners! If you want someone to treat you like family and help you navigate the terrifying housing market, the Jordan should be your go to! Jordan is actually my husbands brother-in-law. So he really is our family. But the good news is, you can make him your family too if you hire him to be your agent!

Jordan is the best realtor I have ever met. I told him what I was looking for in a home and he helped me find what I was looking for. He showed me several homes before I finally found the one I loved, I had a very low budget but he was still very helpful at leading me to what I could afford. Me being a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was doing and he was so knowledgeable and helped me understand everything I needed to know about purchasing a home. He helped me negotiate the price with the seller and also suggested a full inspection which I didnt really want to do but he ensured me that it was the best decision when purchasing a home. Which I am so glad he did, we were able to find a lot of issue in the inspection and was able to get the seller to fix most of the issues before I signed for the house. He was able to help me close on my house in the beginning of COVID-19, with most places being closed due to COVID he was still able to help me close on my house super fast. If you are looking for a realtor I would definitely recommend using Jordan!
