We started looking to buy a house in mid 2021, which was a particularly tough market. Andrea Kirn was the realtor helping us. We looked at many homes, new construction and homes that have been lived in. But we kept hitting roadblocks due to the difficult circumstances of the market. Plus, we are picky and wanted something pretty specific. As the months went by, we got to know Andrea and found that she is a true gem in every way. She knows her business and was honest and straightforward with us in every situation we looked into. She was also very knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging when I began to feel like I wanted to give up. In January 2022, we decided to jump back in and look at a new home construction site and she set up the appointment for that week. We went there, looked, made an offer on a home that hadn't been finished yet and it was accepted. Then Andrea helped us through the process each step of the way and answered all our questions. And I had a lot of questions! Now we live in our new home.

Words cannot describe, the professionalism, level of area knowledge, attention to detail, customer service and just plain caring about the people he helps!! My wife and I moved from out of state and due to time constraints were unable to actually visit Washington to view homes. From the start Kevin was there for us going the extra mile, visiting every property we could throw at him doing a very thorough walk through at everyone. He promptly pointed out any possible issues along with pro's and Con's of every property, he was even there for us at times on weekends and evenings if required. He was also very knowledgeable when it came time for choosing a lender, we were approved quickly and once an offer was accepted on our home the lender moved just as quick and was just as professional as Kevin and SKP was. All in all we were closed and moved in to the home in about a month. To top all of this amazing stuff I just spoke about, Kevin continued to provide amazing customer service after our home had closed. Being out of state we were not there immediately to provide access for contractors providing services like cable and internet etc, with a little planning Kevin was again there for us. He is truly amazing and as stated in the very first sentence, words cannot describe. Thank you.
