Where do I even begin.? Mrs. Kathy is by far the best realtor in the parish. Our relationship started in 2013 and since then I have purchased a home, a lot, and sold a lot through her. Several of my friends have also used her to buy and or sell their homes through my referral. She is extraordinary when it comes to the realtor world. She treats every single client like family. I am a very impatient and hard person to please and she has NEVER not once exceeded my expectation. When we placed our home on the market in 2017 she sold it in THREE DAYS yall three! She answers every phone call (and there have been a lot), every text message, and every email. She will go out of her way to give you every detail you want or need. She will do every thing in her power to be there when you need her to be no matter if it is to answer a question or show a property. She knows the market in Tangipahoa Parish like the back of her hand and will always give you solid advice on a property. Over the last five years we have viewed many properties together and completed multiple deals and I would put her up against any realtor in the state! Mrs. Kathy is now adopted into the Breaux family and cant leave if she wanted to. :-)
