Keith was GREAT to work with. He is an AMAZING realtor, and I am glad that I had him working with me. Both of us had many long nights of searching on GAMLS for the home that would make me happy. I would text or email him all hours of the night with questions, and he would respond back immediately. He worked around the clock to get the job done for me, and I GREATLY appreciate everything that he did. Even when I would be disappointed about losing a bid on a home, he always had a positive attitude about me finding the right one that was for me. Keith is very patient also, which is hard to find with most people these days. I am a VERY particular person about how I want things done, or how I want things to be; and Keith would always tell me that this is going to be my house and I needed to be happy with it.I am VERY HAPPY with my purchase. I am going through the divvy program due to a short sale that I had about a year ago. So, this was my option for now.However, I love the house that I am leasing to own, and I know that within 1 1/2 years I will be purchasing a house that I will live in for a long time.
