I chose Justin as my realtor because he had background and drive to help me sell a recreational property that I have had a hard time selling with other realtors. Justin placed my property in various online areas to hopefully conduct a quick sale. He called around and got me the best deal for pumping our septic tank, he made several trips to the property (2.5 hour drive) to put up signs and take pictures, he was always honest and upfront, (even if I didn't want to hear the news on the other end of the phone) and if I needed to get ahold of him he always answered my call. I would of never been able to do this on my own. He advised me of changes I needed to make with paperwork or fine details of the agreement. When I wanted to adjust the price or make a rash decision he was a common sense voice telling me to hold up and let things work out for a few more days. I ended up selling my property within the time frame I needed and the price I wanted! I believe it was all because of Justin's knowledge of today's complex real estate trend. He also helped my buy my new home which was happening in the same time frame as selling my recreational property. He guided me through the whole process and I learned a ton from him. I trusted him whole heartedly from the beginning to the end of both selling and buying my properties. Justin has a "can do, positive" attitude which gave me the confidence to not get discouraged when we came to a bump in the road. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do... I will definitely be calling on Justin to help out.
