SanDee was fantastic to work with. We recently moved to Eastern Idaho and she was recommended to us by our previous realtor. SanDee knows the area extremely well and gave us recommendations of areas to look that would meet our needs. SanDee is well-connected in the community and she "knows a guy" for every home-buying step of the process. This was so nice because we didn't have to research company after company trying to figure out who would be best. She gave us some names and let us decide, and they were always high quality professionals at a great price. SanDee was an asset during the home buying process when issues arose with the other realtor. She was kind but firm about making sure both parties stuck to the contract, and made sure everyone was acting with integrity. If we ever sell this house, we will definitely be reaching out to SanDee to help us!
