I met Ned at one of the many open houses I attended in researching neighborhoods for our move. Even though we werent in the market yet, Ned was extremely attentive, hospitable, and helpful in offering advice on how to proceed. He was the only realtor that actually followed up with me, checking in to see how our plans were progressing and offering assistance. His extensive knowledge and personable nature put us at ease, and his proactive approach and incredible work ethic solidified the trust that he would be out there working for us. Neds guiding hand through the pre-sale preparation, financing process, and eventual marketing of our house made our lives much easier. We had one weekend of open houses, and the friends and neighbors who attended all had the same report, We love your realtor! Our home was on the market for a total of five days, and the process was so smooth that we didnt feel a disruption to our family life. That same attention to detail helped us buy our dream house when we were in the middle of a bidding war with multiple competitors. Neds warmth, generosity, and friendly demeanor make it hard to believe that he is such a tough closer. With three young kids, life is already chaotic, but Ned helped us maintain sanity through the challenge of a major move.
