Rex worked with my family for over 8 months till we found the right home, at the right price, the right condition, and the school system I was desiring. I had a few hard parameters that were changing and we had to work around. He helped figure it out! He went beyond answering all my questions, as a first time home buyer also being new to the area! He was knowledgeable with all aspects of the home, and its functions, pointing out and steering us away from issues that would be a problem down the road. He was honest, helping us find a good home- not just trying sell us a house. He helped me get in-contact with the correct people at 'every step' along the way. And even after closing and final walk through, he answered additional contact questions-putting us again in contact with the people needed. He has vast knowledge of the area and surrounding cities. If I found 2 homes from his comprehensive sites, he would find 2 more, set up the visits, always kind, good humored, patient and very professional-never pushy or pressured. He would respond quickly to my calls or texts-and make calls for me when I couldn't. I felt Rex put my family's needs first. He would work around my schedule, always ready to help. I would recommend Rex to my friends and family! My kids wanted to go to the closing- just to they could see him, and say thank you!We were with a professional who listens, we trust, who has integrity, taste and who cares- ! Thanks Rex!
