Toni came into our journey searching for our first home just in time. It was like she was heaven sent. We had been searching for since December2020 and had gone through 4 other agents who all lost patience with us. Toni made the difference because she listened to our real needs and only sent us properties that fit our needs and wants. Toni does her job with dedication and heart. She was never too busy to go show us a prospective property. As a purchaser, I felt I could trust her from the beginning. She made us feel like her only clients during our transaction. She is punctual and respectful of other people's time. Toni gave the best advice she could without ever being overly pushy. We could tell she really just wanted us to get the property we were so excited about from the first visit. She kept a line of communication with the seller's agent just to make sure we did. We feel that her love for others and her love for her job as an agent made all the difference in getting our first set of keys. I can't say enough on why Jaclyn is the best realtor we could have ever asked for and why we will never go with another realtor besides her for all our future buying/selling needs. Jaclyn worked tirelessly to show us as many homes as we requested and did not give up until she found us the perfect home! She kept all our criteria in mind and would notify us of new listings as soon as they came up to help us navigate this difficult market with low inventory and high demand during the pandemic. She maintained a very positive attitude throughout the entire process and helped us get through this experience of buying a home after we kept losing out on bidding wars. Jaclyn's knowledge about the market, locations and homes in general is very impressive. She is very sincere and gave us great advice throughout the process to make sure we made the best informed decisions. Even after we found a home and had an accepted offer, Jaclyn was very much involved in the process all the way till we closed on the home. She went out of our way to follow up with our attorney and others to ensure the rest of the process went smoothly. Without her help, and sincere and genuine advice, we would not have ended up with our dream home! There had to be someone watching over me because being matched with Toni as my agent was truely a god-send. There arent enough words that I could use to describe how thankful, greatful, appreciative, and lucky I feel that someone so human and genuine and kind hearted was by my side to help me navigate (and sometimes argue) the way through being a first time homeowner and all of the craziness that comes with it. When I picked up the first phone call from her, I almost just let it go to voicemail because of how nervous I was to learn who I had been matched with and to start the home buying/selling process but I am so so so happy i answered the phone. I wasnt sure what to expect at all and I wasnt even sure if it was the right time to start looking at houses but she kept it simple and straight forward and was honestly interested in getting to know who I was and where my head was at. From begining to end, Tonis always kept me up to date with everything and made sure that I felt comfortable and educated with every decision or discussion and never failed to check in on me from time to time to make sure that I was doing okay through it all. She is someone whose ready to go to bat for you when needed and will go so out of her way just to get even the simplest answer for you, I couldnt have felt more heared, safe, involved, comfortable, and informed during the whole process. We really went through it to finally close on a house that I wasnt even all too interested in seeing and just wanted to check it out which turned out to be the most perfect home in every way possible and she knew it within the first few minutes we had stepped into the house. Evidently shes not just good at her job but shes an amazing people person and communicator. She knows what shes doing and talking about wether its about some faulty electrical or backsplash not matching, ive never had a reason not to trust her. There was never a moment of doubt or regret when working with Signature Realty and all of the truely amazing agents and I would 100% love to work with them again when the time comes; however, I cant think of any other agent that I would want to work with more than Toni.
