Danae helped us with the recent purchase of our summer condo at Lake of the Ozarks. She knew which condo complexes we wanted to be in, but nothing was listed at the time we started looking in Oct 2016. So, she started contacting everyone in those complexes to see if anyone was interested in selling. Coincidentally, on our way to the Ozarks (we live in central IL) to view other condos with her (on New Year's Eve), one of the contacts she made at our preferred complex, agreed to let us view their condo. We made an offer that day and after some negotiating, Danae sealed the deal! We closed on the condo Feb 17, 2017. It was her drive, creativity and time/effort in contacting all those condo owners that made the deal happen! My wife and I have done A LOT of real estate transactions over the past 30 years and in doing so, have worked with MANY realtors. Danae Cooper is BY FAR the BEST realtor we have EVER worked with!
