When we purchased our home in December 2015 we used a different realtor, but we purchased our home that was represented by Christian Stone. He was very professional, and very prompt in all our dealings with him. When we closed, and moved into our new home, he introduced himself when he came to pick up his lock box and sign. I added Christian as a friend on Facebook and quickly learned that Christian was very proactive as far as his listings go. He would notify people of upcoming listings even before they officially hit the market, and it seemed his listings rarely stayed on the market for a long time. When we realized, we were going to be listing our home in December of 2016 I immediately started speaking with him about what we should do as far as renovations to help build the equity, we chose to do the stairs, 2 rooms and the backyard. He answered every one of my questions professionally and truthfully, even recommended a guy to do the work, and this was before we had a contract with him to be our realtor. We then signed our contract with him beginning of January and our house officially hit the market the 2nd week of January, by January 28 we were locked in under contract and a month later our house closed. I would highly recommend Christian Stone to anyone of my friends and family. He is highly professional, and knows what he is doing! He goes above and beyond for his clients!

First off I want to disclose I am a Real Estate broker. But on this transaction it was on my personal home. I wanted to have a experienced agent who owns the area where our house was. I chose around 4 agents to interview. All were high volume successful agents but Christian Stone just stood out. I knew right away to go with him. As it turns out I was so right in my choice. It started with the listing price. I thought the home was worth less than Christian and he convenced me to go with his suggestion. I was gonna hold him tight to this number. Well less than 10 days on market Christian submitted an offer $10,000 over a what I thought already high list price. Needless to say We were pleased. once inspections done we were in need of some corrections and again Christian jumped in and not only referred the vendor but actually set up and executed the repairs for us. I mean you cant get any easier than that. It all starts with a great agent. In this world of internet and these home sites its easy to think you can try this with out a top agent and save money. The only thing you save is aggrevation. We had none of that.So a shout out to Mr. Stone and his team. They had us covered.Would I use them again? ABSOLUTELY and so should you.
