I was looking at a property for sale in las vegas online and Ileana happened to be the one handling that property.I contacted her though the phone number listed on the website, I explained to her what me and my husband was looking for, she was nice and very informative. So we set up an appointment to meet with her and she exceeded all my expectations. She is professional, very knowlegeable and experienced, she explained everything to us. After that meeting we were confident and hopeful that she will find us the right property and SHE DID. she was there throughout the whole process, patiently answering all our questions and giving us advices, She sets everything for us. I have purchased a total of three homes all with Ileana. From the first time I met her she made me feel so comfortable even though I felt very uneasy about purchasing my first home, she took the time to explain every single detail to me even though I'm sure some of my questions were silly. She was super patient, she never pushed me to do anything, always told me all my options... always keeping me in mind vs only caring about closing a deal and getting her commission. As time went on we had built a relationship on trust. By the third home I never even saw it in person, I took her word and just purchased it and all has worked out. Se has done alot of in between work that wasn't even her job, but she did it out of the kindness of her heart to help me get on my feet. Some people don't understand what an important job a broker has, they can help you making right or wrong financial decesions, Ileana helped me make the best financial decesions that have paid off & will continue paying off probably for the rest of my life. I'm very thankful and grateful to her and although she's the only broker I have ever worked with, I'm certain she is the best at what she does.
