Danielle, and the entire Lenard Group were spectacular. From the onset, the team took the time and necessary patience to walk us through the process. As questions arose, the team was always immediately available to assist. There was never a time, throughout the process that the team was not available. We meet many times prior to actually Listing our home to discuss our strategy. The team was open to our suggestions and welcomed our input. At No-Point did we feel that we were not completely connected. Communication between the team was never convoluted, unclear or untimely. After each showing, the team was quick to provide us with feedback. Resulting from the feedback, we were able to tweak our strategy to maximize our results. In the end, our expectations were surpassed. We sold for nearly $100,000 over our ask and our sale resulted in the highest priced home to ever sell within our town. We still hold that record today. My husband and I have had the pleasure of selling two homes and buying with the Lenard Team over the past 11 years and honestly you wont find a better team. Wonderful family, funny, professional, knowledgeable, and they all have the patience of saints because I'm an emotional person when it comes to my homes and I found the change difficult but Danielle, Barbara or Richard stood by us and protected me from and unnecessary drama and made every step of the way flawless. I cannot say enough great things about the Lenard team! As my husband and I purchased our first home, they were so incredibly patient with us as we looked at several houses over the past year. Danielle was our agent, but we actually had the opportunity to work with the whole family, who are all incredible at what they do.We had been looking for a house for about 3 years and worked with other real estate agents who were not quite as patient and understanding of our situation. When we met Danielle, she was a sellers agent for a house we looked at on our own. We were immediately drawn to her because she actually listened to what we wanted and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The Lenard team walked us through the entire closing process, as we were new to this. They referred us to a mortgage broker (Dawn Sullivan from All Shores Mortgage) and Real Estate Lawyer (Jim Clark) who altogether made an outstanding team of people.
