--Michael & Marie Falcone Where to start? My husband and I were completely new to the home-buying process. We all most ended up in a complicated situation with a listing agent, but after I reached out to Andrew& Fran, I heard back within 15 minutes, and they were ready to meet us at a home within hours. They promised that working with them they would make the home- buying process seamless, and boy were they right. We looked at several homes together and they also put us in touch with a local lender (we wanted local) who we ended up using for our mortgage - another dedicated & honest person. Andy & Fran are extremely flexible, hard-working (they never stop), knowledgeable, and HONEST. they got us our first home and it's better than anything I ever imagined. We got a fabulous deal, even in the post - lock down COVID-19/summer market. We didn't even feel the competition. I would trust them a million times over for any real estate process. If we ever wanted to sell, I can tell you we would only work with them both (though I doubt that will happen because we LOVE our new home). If you work with Andrew and Francesca, you'll be in good hands. They know this business like nobody's business. Andrew and Fran, thank you so much!
