Scott was nothing short of amazing throughout our home-buying experience. We had a relatively unique situation where we were buying a house from out of state. We were unable to fly back and forth frequently to walk through multiple property listings. This all during a seller's market and we had a VA loan to boot, so finding and purchasing a house was very difficult as it was. Armed with a list of what we wanted in a house, Scott acted as our eyes and went to each of the properties that we felt met our needs from the listings he provided. He then reported back a comprehensive and unbiased ranking of each property so that we could make informed decisions.In the end, we ended up with our dream home in a great area, all for a great price. Scott continued to negotiate with the seller to get odds and ends tied up before closing. Even after closing, he was still calling contractors to follow up with them on uncompleted work. Nothing short of amazing. We have worked with our fair share of real-estate agents in the past and Scott beats them all hands down. We will recommend him to our family, friends and co-workers for all of their needs as he absolutely sets the benchmark.
