My elderly client needed to sell his home for a specific price in order to meet his retirement needs. Craig gave the client a detailed analysis about what specific repairs needed to be done in order to reach the target number. The client was hesitant to invest over 30k into a house he was ultimately selling but Craig's confidence won the client over. The client handed Craig and his team the keys and walked away to begin the next chapter of his life. Craig coordinated every detail of the repair and sale beginning with coordinating movers to help the client get settled in his new place, moving items no longer needed to auction, all the way to drywall patching, painting, floors sanding, refinishing countertops and sinks, and minor electrical work. The client did not lift a finger nor answer a contractor question. When Craig hit the base target number for the sale, the Client asked Craig to try to squeeze a little more out of the prospective buyers and Craig came through. Craig Ackerman is a master negotiator and puts clients needs first. Without Craig's expertise, there was no way the client would have been able to reach his retirement goals.
