RYAN SWANSON...... where do I start...? Although we met Ryan by accident, it worked out to our benefit in the end. Not only is he a "five star" agent when it comes to the above listed qualities, Ryan was always early to our showings, which impressed me because I pride myself on being prompt, if not early. Time is precious and he never wasted a second of ours. Another positive in working with Ryan was the ability to text him with any questions we had, whether it was about a seeing a listing, or about the home we purchased in the end; he was always available, morning, noon or night. And, if he knew he was not going to be available (which was only once), he would let us know in advance. Ryan was never opposed to saying he didn't know the answer to questions, but quickly found out the answers. That was definitely a quality of Ryans that really hit home for us. I guess I would say that, if we were ever in the market again, Ryan would be the first person I would call. If anyone ever asked if I knew of any good realtors, Ryan would be the first name that would come to mind. He's just waiting for your call or text!!!
