Our first time selling a home was absolutely awful. The house sold after being on the market for 48 hours and a price was agreed upon between both parietes. From there it all went downhill. The communication between our realtor and the buyer's realtor seemed to be none existent. We asked for documentation or emails to correspond with what we were being told and we were told it was all via text message and that was the documentation.We asked questions in detail about what to do and how to complete the things that were agreed upon for our inspection and we followed those suggestion. After completing those things turned over detailed documentation of what was fixed and what the repairs looked like that info was never passed along to the buyers. All of these above instances plus information being given to our buyer's agent left us in a bad situation with little to no choices or ability to negotiate.Again a lot of he said she said with nothing to back any of it up or ground to stand on. We realize that there are circumstances that arise that are uncontrollable by all parties but our overall experience was awful and after talking to MANY people this is not how it should be.
