I was referred to Desiree by an acuantaice during wedding planning. This was our first home in a crazy home buying market, on top of planning a wedding in a couple months time I was ready for a stressful process to find a home. I contacted Desiree and she got back to me less than 30 min after leaving a message. We talked and gave her a rough wish list and she instantly went to work. She was sending me possibles that day and was overwhelmed at her response times. She was very easy to get ahold of either to call or text. We narrowed in on the wish list and watched for homes to pop up that would work for us. She found me a place that was pre-listing and got us in and we loved the house. We talked it over and she advised us on offer price and went with it. She wrote our offer that night well into the night. I was able to e-sign it that night at about 10:00pm before it was signed and sent to seller. Desiree really put in the work needed for us to close the deal. We had an accepted offer by 8am the next morning. We were beyond excited but she didn't stop there, she was on top of anything the bank or I needed for finalize the deal. Start to finish Desiree was a phenomenal realtor I will be recommending anyone buying a house to her. Thank you Desiree!
