Brian is a top-notch agent and I was extremely pleased with how he helped me find the right house. He has a well-refined process, knows the area / trends and has a true agency ethic. From the beginning, Brian told me what to expect and how his process will work to help me know when Ive found the right house. I was never left guessing what would happen next or felt like any part of the process was out of control. He was good at describing what was happening at any given time and what the likely outcomes would be. Brian has great knowledge of the local neighborhoods. For most houses we viewed, he was able to share a few details about the area and the likely future impact of regional planning decisionsaEUR" ensuring factors beyond the house were considered in my decision and that the area itself fit my lifestyle. Lastly, Brian was a very good agent in the literal sense of the word. He successfully negotiated on my behalf, warned me about potential headaches, caught errors in the contract, etc. He was responsive at all hours and picked up the phone and called me any time I texted him but the response was more nuanced than a simple text reply. He worked hard, didnt waste my time and quickly found a groove for how to work with my personality and schedule. I was very happy with the job Brian did for me as my agent. If we could give Maddy more than five stars, we would. She was referred to us by a friend, and it is one of the best recommendations we have ever received. Maddy is knowledgeable about not only the geographical area but about so much more - she very quickly understood what we were looking for and all the many criteria we were trying to meet, and helped us evaluate critically every house she showed us. Her sparkling personality was a pleasure to be around and she dealt with our difficult family dynamic very professionally. Her communication skills are excellent and we are so grateful that she was willing to talk to us outside standard 9 to 5 business hours to make plans for viewing houses or answer our endless questions. We came in from out of town for many of our viewings, and Maddy was always more than willing to accommodate our schedules, generously giving us far too much of her weekend time when that was what we needed. She never rushed us or pressured us in any way, never sugar coated potential issues with houses we looked at, and helped us understand the market in which we were house hunting. This is the first house I have ever purchased and she made this process understandable and manageable. A week before our scheduled closing, it turned out that our seller was dying, and Maddy worked with us, the sellers power of attorney, our bank, and the title company to expedite closing in less than 24 hours. We will forever be grateful for her help with the entire process.

I first used Brian when we bought our lake house. He helped us negotiate a very strong offer, and overcome numerous obstacles and competitors on the way to our successful purchase. That was 3 years ago. Since then we've used Brian on 7 Multi-Family (MF) deals. His knowledge of the market, the intricacies of negotiating deals and protecting your interests, proper terms and offers is unsurpassed. We've had deals with up to 11 bidders and been successful without having the highest offer. We are protected w/ terms at every step, and able to win those properties of most interest to us. So many times we've been up against other buyers with their less experienced agents and they just never stand a chance. Many a time we've had deals locked up before the "Official" review date or Open House. Brian doesn't wait for things to happen, he makes things happen and that's the kind on initiative needed to succeed. Maddie was amazing to work with, my partner and I felt like we'd won the "Zillow Random Realtor Assignment" lottery. This was our first house purchase process and she was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining things clearly at every step. When evaluating houses she has an expert critical eye, we never felt pressured to make an offer or move on something we weren't 100% sure on. Her responsiveness for setting up walkthroughs was incredible, she routed things as efficiently as possible and pulled as much information as could be found about the history/story of the houses. When it came to negotiating, she had great recommendations about options for rate buydowns, concessions and the various alternatives that were available.
