Lexi was absolutely amazing from our very first encounter. I posted on a Facebook group asking for realtor recommendations- my inbox was over 30 people messaging me within 10-minutes, with multiple messages from each person. From the beginning, Lexi respected my time and sent one, maybe two, messages. Later, when I had decided to work with either Lexi or another person, I told them both I had chosen a realtor and thanked them for their time: the other person said good luck, but Lexi still tried to get my business by asking for 15 minutes of my time- that right there told me she doesn t give up easily, but also wasn t pushy, which is exactly what my husband and I wanted. From there, I let her know we were on a timeline and the importance of somewhere move-in-ready since we have a baby; we had about 6-7 weeks to move! She was on it, and started sending us homes the next day! My husband and I didn t need much from a home- I think all we really said was a workable kitchen, and safe for the baby. We showed her home listings we liked, but she ended up finding the perfect one for us! We feel Lexi went above and beyond, and knew she didn t have to update us with every little thing, which we really appreciated. She explained everything well, in detail, even more than once (or twice, or three times...) when we forgot, or didn t understand. She told to us what to expect, potential road blocks, but also how we could handle them. Lexi always got back to us when she said she would, always on time and professional, but also very fun to work with! You would be in great hands working with Lexi, no doubt about it!

Not only are the Shooks personable and professional, they took a very personal interest in the selling of our house. Heather was detailed in every activity she performed, logging all efforts to work with our bank (who were completely uncooperative). Heather was able to verify to them the communications she made and the date and time and the non-responsiveness from them. Because this was a short sale she had to make tremendous effort to obtain cooperation from our bank whom we thought would be open to the two up front cash offers we got. Because of the delays of our bank it took almost a year to sell. We NEVER would have been able to wade through the red tape and noncooperation from our bank if it were not for Heather. She went out of her way to meet with us to sign final papers as we live miles apart however she never once showed that she was inconvenienced and was estatic as we were when the final buy was complete. THANK YOU KRISTOPHER AND HEATHER SHOOK. We thank you for helping in a very distressed time, all the while keeping a smile on your face and encouragement always. I feel I have not only been associated with one of the most professional people in the business but developed a friend as well. Thanks just doesnt say enough.
