My husband and I have owned 5 other houses in the past and I can tell you that Lance is by far the best real estate agent that we have had the privilege to work with in finding and buying the right home.He is extremely knowledgeable in the communities that we looked at which we found to be impressive. Lance took his time and went through each page of the buying process in person at a Starbucks which he did not need to do and he also came to the closing with us which nowadays, agents do not always attend. He seems to go that extra mile. Lance was always available when we wanted to go house hunting. He makes you feel like you are the only person! He is a great negotiator and got us not only what we wanted but, we asked for 10 items to be fixed and we got them all done!!.We would highly recommend Lance Mathes for any buyers out there!Bill and Antoinette
