Tim helped me close on my first home purchase. I had found this particular house on my own that required a little work, and Tim was happy to show it. He showed it twice before I made an offer. The home-buying process was completely foreign to me, but he was patient enough to explain it and even made recommendations on programs to finance the renovations the house required. He also actually suggested making a low-ball offer, which I thought was crazy considering he would be hurting his commission, which wouldnt have been all that great at list price. When it was time to make an offer, Tim made the submittal (It was a HUD-owned home and there is a HUD-specific process). They accepted our second offer. He made numerous more trips to the house to give access for inspections and utility activation after we were under contract. I found Tim to be punctual and professional. He almost always answered his phone and made himself available when he was needed, many times on very short notice. His availability meant a lot, since the renovation loan I obtained required some extra inspections when compared to a conventional loan. He really saved me a lot of time, and made me feel like a priority. He was also very good with returning calls. If there was something he didnt know, he would find an answer and get back to me with it. I can honestly say he made my home-buying experience much less stressful. If you need an agent to represent you as a buyer, I highly recommend Tim.
