I feel fortunate to have Tyler work with me on the purchase of my condo in Norwalk. I was unsure exactly what I was looking for or what town or city I want to pursue. He gave me all the time I needed to narrow down my search and there was never a time I felt rushed. He was always there waiting when I pulled up to tour the property. While I am beyond confident Tyler can show properties in many areas including NY, Fairfield County is his strength and he knows it inside out from Stamford to Norwalk to Black Rock and anything in between. He negotiated well and was very honest with me. He was respectful when I wanted to offer a lower bid while letting me know to be cautiously optimistic we may or may not got a counter offer. He likes to lead instead of ?chasing the market? and I saw results from that philosophy. I highly recommend, without any reservation, to work with Tyler whether buying/selling or renting as he will certainly find you a place you are comfortable with the least amount of stress possibly!
