Beware, Mr. McDonald can be quite deceitful. I originally listed my house with one of his agents. After a few weeks I decided that this agent and her agency were not performing to my expectations. It was mostly little things like being unprepared for an open house, not placing signs at the major intersections around my property on busy weekends, things of that nature. I kindly informed them of this and asked them to take the listing down as I was in search of a new agent. Skip forward several weeks and I had my house listed with my new agent and low-and-behold I get a call from Mr. McDonald explaining that I owed him an exorbitant amount of money because the listing was still with him. After forwarding back the cancellation forms his agent sent me he told me they we just to hide the listing, not remove is from his brokerage. After much back and forth and stress we came to an agreement for a smaller amount but it was still a very shady and deceitful tactic to re-coup some money. Make sure you keep an eye on everything this man and his agents do if you still think you should hire him.
