We were so fortunate to have found Sharona Farhadian when we moved to Sherman Oaks. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price on her first try! She was patient with us as this was our first time purchasing a home and listened to all of our wants and needs. The first listing she showed us literally met everything we ever wanted. We fell in love and wanted this place immediately and she made it happen. Not only that, but she got us a GREAT price on the place which we thought was unfathomable at first. It was really too good to be true. Now we can say we have our first home and it is everything we wanted and more. In short, we had great communication throughout the entire process and she was patient and focused on answering any questions we had...and we had a lot beings this was our first home purchase. She gave great advice and set us up with an all-star electrician and ac repair company to come fix a couple of minor fixes with our new home.
