This is our third time selling a home and the first two times left a bad taste due to the real estate agents we had worked with previously. So when I was researching for real estate agents, in the Tustin area, I came across the The Drumm Family. I thought they marketed themselves better then any other real estate group and if they could do that for themselves, they could do that for my property. When I first met Kevin, he gave me a full listing of all the comps in our area and we strategized about what we should list the property for. After that meeting, I knew that he was the right person for the job. The Drumm Family Real Estate Services exceeded our expectations. With some strong marketing and a sold price, we had four FULL priced offers our FIRST day listing the property. Our property sold well above our listing price and closed within 12 days.
