Robert definitely wants to establish a relationship with his clients. He his always responsive and works quickly on offers. He is also understanding of the many different situations that can arise in through the process. I have yet to find the right house, but Robert continues to be responsive to all my inquires and keeps working hard to try and find me the right place. I would recommend him based on his honesty and responsiveness, however, I have not yet closed a deal so I cannot speak to that, but I expect that Robert will do an excellent job throughout the process.UPDATE:We finally closed on a house!!!! As I expected Robert did a great job negotiating for us. We ran in to a problem with the appraisal and Robert went above and beyond to negotiate a deal the worked for all parties and ended with a successful deal.After over a year and a half of looking I can say I truly recommend Robert. I was never in a hurry to buy a house and I wanted to find the perfect place. Robert never made me feel pressured to buy and we ended up finding that perfect place and he made sure the deal happened.If you are looking for someone you can trust and who is not going to force you into a deal that you are not satisfied with you will be happy with Robert as he is there for you, not just to make a quick deal and move on.

Four years ago, I thought about doing an exchange on the first home Id ever purchased. At that point, it had been a rental for several years. I looked for brokerages that had experience with 1031 exchanges and was connected with Jason Croswell. After speaking with him at length, I realized I still wasnt quite ready to let it go. Over the next four years, I would periodically hear from Jason, letting me know about a property he thought I might like or what was happening in the Huntington Beach market. What became wildly apparent was that he kept me top of mind over the years, and I always felt like he was looking out for me. It was one of the things I most appreciated. Over those years, there were a handful of times that Id think I was ready, but in the end, Id back off. He was patient. This year I was ready, and thats when I realized how lucky I had been to find Jason. The easiest way for me to share my experience is just to share a few things that happened during the process of the exchange. When I spoke with Jason in 2018, he made a verbal agreement that became difficult for him to keep when he switched brokerages, but he went over and above and found a way to stay true to his word. He is a man of integrity.He did video walkthroughs with me for potential purchases, and when I started to panic about the condition of the one I had chosen after seeing the inspection, he immediately headed to the home to thoroughly inspect it himself and reassure me. He set up a call with the inspector so that together he and I could go over the findings in detail. He is incredibly accommodating and cares about getting it right for his clients.I was out of the country when I was told that a prior loan hadnt been cleared from my title. I panicked, but Jason immediately went to work to get the lender and title company info, and the next thing I knew I received an email that he had it all taken care of. When I was worried about finding a tenant, he was already marketing around his agency and scheduling an open house. He made all the arrangements for repairs that were needed and handled the entire logistic process. He even offered to negotiate with my insurance agency when the quote came back seemingly high! He is proactive and goes above and beyond to be helpful!Ive never purchased a home without seeing it physically, nor did I think I ever would, but Jason gained my trust, and I had such confidence in him, that I knew I was in the best hands and could rely on him to be my eyes. Though Ive never met him in person, hes been like a concierge experience at a nice hotel. I wish he could be my agent in every real estate transaction I make, but one thing is for sure. I will continue to grow my footprint in Huntington Beach in large part because I now have a partner who will be with me every step of the way.
