Years Ago my wife and I spent time with a real estate agent who was unable to find what we were looking for and was unsuccessful at negotiating a sale on a house we were interested in. I called a different office and asked for their best rep. We were put in touch with Jennifer and she did in TWO DAYS what the other agent could not do in two months. My wife and I raised a family in that house for 17 years and when it came time to sell we contacted Jennifer again. Jenifer suggested we raise the sale price by $25,000 more than we were thinking and then proceeded to sell the house in 1 week with multiple offers.We have kept in touch and Jennifer has given us miscellaneous advice on other real estate over the years as well.In my experience there are a lot of realtors but very few professionals. Jennifer is a professional!
