I was renting a house for several years and was served with a 60 day notice to vacate as the house was going to be sold. I had not yet considered myself to be in a position to buy a home in Orange County, but with a family of four and the rental rates going through the roof I decided that purchasing my first home should be a consideration. The short timeline to find a house within my budget as a first time homebuyer and under the short time line I had was overwhelming. I had no idea where to begin and was intimidated. That was until I was referred to Maria. Everything changed from the moment I had the first conversation with her. She listened intently, put me at ease, and guided me through the process seamlessly. I honestly could not imagine having gone through this experience without her. She made herself available 24/7 and was in constant communication setting me with proper expectations. It took only 2 days of listing appointments with her before I found my home. This is largely in part due to highly efficient home search portal which she filters out listings only specific to my criteria. Additionally, she is highly organized, fast, and friendly. Everyone I spoke with during this process knew her and had nothing but the most fantastic things to say about her and her professionalism. There is a very good reason for her being highly regarded and I am forever greatful for her assistance through this process.
