Andrew & I were soooo fortunate to have Maria for both our home selling process and home buying process! In fact, we have been with Maria for 3 rounds of the cycle - buying a condo, selling a condo, buying a house - and we would choose her again anytime in the future. Having a wedding and a honeymoon trip in the mix made the process daunting, a bit hectic and perhaps even traumatic --- however Maria made the process so seamless and smooth. We were leaning on Maria even while out of the country, she was always calm, listening to our every request for information, and navigating through tricky circumstances. She was always immediately responsive to our questions, helping us make informed decisions. Right from the start we were impressed that day 2, she had everything filed up with research and data on our neighborhood and prices. While we were buying, every time we viewed a new property Maria and her team (we especially love love Sandee !) would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. They were so so patient with our requests and every single question (from insurance agents to caterers in the vicinity!). Maria also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. The best part about working with Maria was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We love that she adds a personal touch to everything even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. We love our new home. We would recommend Maria to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares for you, gets you exactly the home you are looking for rather than quickly trying to "sell" you for a commission and move on and will work hard to make sure that you not only find a house, but your home!!- Mischelle & Andrew
